Full explanation

The tour, departing from your port or hotel in Kuşadası, begins in the city of Priene. This 2,500-year-old Ionian city is one of the first to be planned with a grid system of streets. Dramatically situated at the foot of a mountain, Priene overlooks the Meander River.

The tour then continues to the ruins of Miletus near the Aegean Sea. Here you can explore the ancient theatre, built in the 4th century BC and once seating over 15,000 spectators. You can also visit the well-preserved Baths of Faustina, named after the wife of Marcus Aurelius, who commissioned its construction.

Finally, the tour proceeds to Didyma, which in antiquity was connected to Miletus by a sacred road. Here you will visit the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, one of the largest temples of the Hellenistic period, before returning to your ship or hotel.
